House Rules

Age- Rentals only over Age 25
Smoking:
-No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside of the home).
-This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
-No parties (no more than the stated number of guests).
Pets: We are responsible pet owners and understand wanting to bring your pet!
There is a charge for hosting your pet of $30 per animal/night up to $300 that will be billed with your total stay.
-All pets must be under 60 pounds.      
-Pet must have required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags.
-Guest must provide bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur in the Garage. House towels are NOT to be used for pets.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
-Do NOT leave your pet at the home unattended.
-Guests must pick up after their pet and discard waste properly.
-Pets are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet has caused inside.
-Guests will be required to pay for any damage/excessive cleaning their pet causes during the stay.
